We are pleased to offer a complete project management service for all our clients; we have particular experience in managing and overseeing a project on behalf of absent clients, furnishing them with regular progress reports via email. With our acute eye for detail, our clients can feel reassured that, should they not be able to oversee a project personally, they can rely on the team at Vuestra Casa to produce a superior finish in their absence.
How will my project be managed?
Each of our projects is unique and we approach each scope of work on an individual basis, dependent upon the clients’ requirements. Initially we will discuss outline ideas, including preferred style and colour schemes, with the client, along with the available budget. After taking measurements we will move to the design stage and put forward a proposal detailing the design, along with the costs and expected timescales involved. Once the client is happy with the design, we request a deposit is paid to commence the project.
Information flow is crucial to the success of any project. With this in mind, we maintain regular email contact with the client to not only keep them fully appraised, but also to ensure that any necessary alterations to the original project plan, normally due to circumstances arising during the course of the project, are discussed and fully agreed to beforehand. Unless specifically instructed to do so, we will not make decisions on behalf of our clients without their agreement.
With these progress reports we send photos of each completed stage; make recommendations regarding colour schemes and provide solutions to any problems that may have arisen.
If you already have a building company contracted for your project but require it to be independently project managed, we will work on your behalf. Vuestra Casa values loyalty to their clients above all else. We will ensure that not only are your wishes are carried out to the letter, but that your budget is appropriated accordingly.
